New Leb soccer club accepts online signups

NEW LEBANON--The New Lebanon Soccer Club is accepting applications for its spring Capital District Youth Soccer League (CDYSL) travel program, the club said in a press release.

      The club is expecting to field the following teams:
      +10U team (boys and girls under 10 years old as of August 1, 2007). Scott White is the coach. Games are Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting April 29 and ending June 26.
      +12U girls team (girls under 12 years old as of August 1, 2007). Christine Wilder and Sally Gubitz are the coaches. Games are Sundays and Wednesdays, starting April 27 and ending June 26.
      +U14 boys team (boys under 14 years old as of August 1, 2007). Matt Carr, Chris Southard and Mike Darcy are the coaches. Games are Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays, starting April 27 and ending June 26.
      +14U girls team (girls under 14 years old as of August 1, 2007). Angus Eaton is the coach. Games are Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays, starting April 27 and ending June 29.
      +17U boys team (boys under 17 years old as of August 1, 2007). Justin Casavaugh and Robert Allard are the coaches. Games are Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays, starting April 27 and ending June 26.
      +17U girls team (girls under 17 years old as of August 1, 2007). James Colon is the coach. Games are Sundays, Tuesdays and Fridays, starting April 27 and ending June 26.
      There are approximately 12 games for the season, 6 home and 6 away. For information on the CDYSL, visit the website www.cdysl.org.
      The fees are as follows $50 for registration, $10 to $20 for referee fees, $10 to $40 for uniform (shirt, shorts, socks) and $20 to $100 for cleats.
      Registration can be done at the club's website, www.nlsoccer.org. Once on the website, go to "Current news" on the left-hand side and under "March 2008," there is a link for www.SportsSignup.com.
